Course Description:
♦ Meet with a certified personal trainer (your coach!) for orientation and to receive your personalized fitness program for the first three weeks.
♦ Schedule one follow-up session with your coach to check your progress and stay inspired.
♦ Have fun with your coworkers by attending one group workout per week.
♦ Get moving with four workouts weekly that your coach customizes for you or simply get active for 40 to 60 minutes on a walk.
♦ Always do your assigned fitness homework and record it in your success journal.

You will receive hand outs each week that correspond with the week’s topics. Please feel free to bring a pen and paper if you would like to take any additional notes. There will be time at the end of each informational session for any questions that you may have.

2010 to present: Manage, direct and recruit independent personal trainers; responsible for training facilities including upkeep, maintenance and improvements. In addition, personally train a book of individual clients with varied needs and injuries. Created and implemented a fitness boot-camp, offered 5 days per week, to address the ongoing fitness needs of the community. Initiated a Fitness Corporate Challenge to offer to local businesses to help them attempt to control their health care costs, retain employees and improve morale.
